The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

Then, after much confusion, they charged me extra for breakfast due to a wrong count on their end. To top it off, the pool water was unpleasantly dirty.

I have stayed at this location many times, always enjoyed my stay.. On my next trip to Managua I hope to stay there again. Gill Canada

An Unexpected Poolside Challenge

The pool area was an oasis to unwind after a long journey. The staff greeted us warmly.

Unfortunately, the hotel was hosting a large event, the bar was closed . This dampened our chance to relax completely.

Comfortable and quiet. Excellent A/C (which is a very strong MUST in Nicaragua).

Not enough healthy food in the buffet, like veggies or not-fried food. Also I found many nail clippings from previous passengers lying around on the carpet, and even caught a wooden splinter on a foot. Besides the lack of vacuuming, I must admit that everything else was super clean.

Thank you for a such great stay. This hotel is ideal, it offers satisfactory breakfasts in combination with fast staff.

the room with what looked to be large sliding glass doors onto a shared balcony. the breakfast was local and good, had a wide range of options and the food was excellent. location: the hotel was short walk to the largest lake in central america-lake nicaragua, international airport and a cave.

I enjoyed the inviting pool area. The landscaping. Breakfast stood out with a variety of fresh fruits and local dishes. Staff members were friendly. The gym's air conditioning wasn't working, made workouts uncomfortable. It also felt a bit distant from local attractions, requiring taxis for outings. Little inconveniences like this kept my rating from being higher. Cleaning staff did an excellent job too, the room was always super clean.

The pool area was great for my family, and we spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sun. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of fresh tropical fruits and local dishes, including our friends.

In my wife's opinion, the shuttle service should be included for families.
